Parallelism testing methods can be categorized based on how the parallelism hypothesis is evaluated: response comparison tests and parameter comparison tests. This application note provides a detailed explanation of both methods and demonstrates their implementation in SoftMax® Pro GxP and Standard Software for parallelism testing. The protocol includes the F-test probability using the F-test and the chi-squared probability using the chi-squared test. Additionally, a parameter comparison method has been developed using Fieller’s theorem. These methods are applicable to both linear and non-linear regression curves.

Ensure accurate and reliable results in your parallelism testing by exploring the Parallelism Test protocol in SoftMax Pro to enhance your data analysis capabilities and streamline your workflow.
