Semi-Automatic Bottle Aggregation For Serialization Requirements

Serialized bottles are entering the end-of-line packaging process. Data Matrix Codes are identified independent from orientation by a 360 degree multi-camera system without the usage of a helper code. A predefined set of bottles is then presented to the operator for manual aggregation into the inner carton (bundle level). Operator has only access to the bottles for the current case, securing the aggregation process and avoiding human errors.
