Simultaneous Extraction Of Mycoplasma, MMV, And Vesivirus Nucleic Acids From A Single Sample

Achieve early detection of cell culture contamination with a nucleic acid extraction system that, when coupled with real-time PCR, provides an integrated system for rapid and sensitive detection of mycoplasma, MMV, and all known strains of vesivirus. In this study, the Applied Biosystems™ MycoSEQ™ Mycoplasma Detection Kit, ViralSEQ™ MMV Detection System, and ViralSEQ™ Vesivirus Detection Kit were used in the extraction of nucleic acids from mycoplasma, MMV, and vesivirus.
