The soloADC disposable containment isolator is designed specifically for ADC manufacturing and toxic linker compounding, delivering containment performance below 10 ng/M³ without the operational burden of solvent cleaning protocols. The fully disposable architecture, including filters and connection ports, eliminates cleaning validation requirements and reduces changeover times significantly compared to hard-wall alternatives.

The system incorporates PLC-controlled inflation dwell testing and an automatic enclosure leak test at each run cycle, giving you verifiable integrity data before and during every use. Certified H14 HEPA filters with integrity testing capability and solvent-resistant film construction address the specific chemical exposure risks common in ADC linker chemistry. Operator safety extends beyond the isolator itself: a complementary powered air-purifying respirator system with an Assigned Protection Factor of 1,000 provides redundant respiratory protection in the unlikely event of a containment breach.
