Unused Syntegon Aseptic Vial Powder Filling Line

Unused Aseptic powder filling facility, designed to aseptically fill powder into vials, includes washing, filling, capping, cartoning, sterilization, isolation, powder monitoring systems, and palletizing, most equipment supplied by Syntegon Bosch, with filling consisting of (2) powder filling lines as follows:

Syntegon Bosch powder filling line into vials with speeds up to 325 vials/minute, set up to fill 20 mL vials, 0.5 - 3.5 gram fills, 230/400 volt, 3 phase, Siemens S7 and Elau PacDrive controls, system built 2019, installed, commissioned with IQ/OC and not used, equipment includes:

Bosch Washer, model RRN 3085, for containers up to 30R(30mm diameter x 75mm high) or 20H(32mm diameter x 58mm high).

Bosch Tunnel, model HQL 8340S, 1200mm belt width, 1 loading/pre-heat module, (3) sterilizing modules, (4) sterilizing cooling modules.

Bosch filler and sealer, model AFG 5039, 3 head filling station, tare and gross weighing stations, stopper unit, filler sealer mounted in SKAN RABS unit with multiple glove ports. with interconnecting conveyor, control panels, HMI's.

Local Semi visual inspection machines.

Packaging includes, Syntegon cartoner, Pester over wrapper, Local serillization, pallet bundler and sealing machine.
